We had a room on the third floor with a window looking over the river. It was simply marvellous. The staff were so very friendly and helpful and efficient. The breakfast was just great, delicious and varied - catering for both continental and English. The bed was huge and comfortable. We will not fail to recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff very helpful. Arrived at the hotel early and the staff checked to see if our rooms were ready. Really helped as we were very tired. Rooms were ready and that was lovely 😍

We enjoyed our stay at the Mercure. Friendly and helpful staff, Breakfast and dinner was value for money . Clean and a very convenient location to the Sanctuary. We had an amazing view from our room . Definite recommendation for next time too!

The location i have been to Lourdes many times and I always like to have stay in that hotel the breakfast was fab fab fab a great wonderful wonderful choices so near to the Grotto

Breakfast was great and ideal for the purposes of our stay. Location also suited our requirement for pilgrimage to Lourdes Grotto. The location was also excellent in regards to distance from Airport.

The location was great close to the shrine The breakfast was good. I had a lovely cake for my birthday. I was so pleased on our day of departure our train was at 06.30. Our breakfast was prepared for 5am. Thank you for the lovely staff. I dont mind coming back

Highly recommend, staff were so helpful. The place is clean and tidy. Only 6 minutes walk to sanctuary. We will definitely go back again and stay in this hotel.
